Cook the Month: May

It’s Spring time! The days are hotting up and Summer is just up on the horizon. Flowers are out and the lambs are playing in the fields. If you haven’t guessed already, I love Spring, and cooking in Spring is one of my favourite things to do. With beautiful fresh produce everywhere you look this is definitely the month to get going in the kitchen.
